This home has the spirit of a young girl that used to live there and had died in the home.  She has made multiple contacts with the children that live here now.  The team did record temperature drops of 10+ degrees in certain areas as well as experience the suddenly appearing and disappearing scent of flowers or perfume in the bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor..  Sensitive members of the team sensed the girls presence and they were accurate on how she died.  The y also sensed a older woman and another spirit.  Our policy is that only one team member knows the details of what the witnesses report.  The rest of the team knows nothing of the activity or background of the house.   This way they are not influenced by outside knowledge at all.  We can also compare the scientific readings obtained and any psychic impressions with what the witnesses report to see if our findings match the activity reported.
