This building has alot of history ranging from an old school house, a courtroom, and a police department with evidence of horrible crimes in its possession.

This was the Courtroom located on the second floor of the building. (Take note this was were most of the encounters happened.)

This pic taken by investigator Robinette shows an orb in the top left corner. (The same picture was taken at the same time by Investigator Boulton, but, got nothing.)
