CASE INFORMATION AND BACKGROUND

This was a follow up visit to Fort Mifflin so that we could film a segment of the History Channel's show "Weird US". We spent over 7 hours staking out the areas in which we found the most activity during our first investigation here.

On this trip, the SJGR team again experienced an instance of a PIR motion sensor being tripped. We obtained an above average amount of EVPs which was also the case on the first investigation. The team obtained what we believe to be a rare apparition photo in one of the hot spots.

AUDIO CLIPS

9:55pm - Investigator Jenkins started an audio recording attempting to record EVPs. While recording on the laptop computer he captured a whispery male voice that says “Get back”. Click here to play EVP

10:56pm - Investigator Jenkins started an audio recording attempting to record EVPs. He recorded a voice that seems to be that of a sentry. There is a loud thump, like a boot or rifle butt slapping the floor and then a man’s voice says “Who goes there?”. Click here to play EVP

Investigator Burdash started an audio recording attempting to record EVPs. She recorded a B class EVP saying "stacey". Click here to play EVP

7:50pm - Investigator Grove took this photo at random in the active casemate #5.

7:51pm - Investigator Grove took this photo outside castmate #5. This is the area where the motion sensor was tripped by unseen movement.

9:21pm - Investigator Beaty took this photo in casemate #5. Click on the photo for more info about it.

9:34pm - Investigsator Heller took this photo at random in the power magazine. The mist was not visible to the naked eye and it did not appear in the photos before/after.
